Payment may be effected in the following ways:

a) Online/bank transfer to BOV account number 16706126010 or HSBC account number 27007848001. Kindly include your Name, Surname and Telephone number.

b) Cheque payable to ‘The Catalogue Company’

Substitutions and Cancellation of courses

• No cancellation fees apply if Think Training is notified 15 days prior the commencement of the course.
• If the course is cancelled from 1 to 14 days before the commencement of the course, a 30% of the total bill will be charged.
• No fees are refunded if a student cancels his/her course on or after the starting date of the course.
• If Think Training cancels a course it will inform its clients at least 2 weeks before the starting date. Also, Think Training reserves the right to change the date, time and venue of courses. In such circumstances alternative situations will be offered to meet the clients’ needs.
